🔥 10-Day Ultimate PTE Study Plan (Target: 90/90)

⚙️ Daily Structure (3–4 hours)

  • 1 hr Speaking
  • 1 hr Listening
  • 1 hr Reading
  • 1 hr Writing

    Use a timer. Use a mirror. Record yourself. Review ruthlessly.

📅 Day 1: Speaking + Reading Core

  • Speaking: Read Aloud, Repeat Sentence

    • Focus: Clarity, pace, stress, intonation
    • Tool: Use E2Language or PTE.tools for real practice sets

  • Reading: Fill in the Blanks (both types), Multiple Choice

    • Focus: Collocations, grammar, and logic
    • Hack: Use “PTE collocations list” and practice until your brain bleeds

📅 Day 2: Writing + Listening Core

  • Writing: Summarize Written Text (focus on structure: 5-75 words)
    • Tip: Use template → [Connector] + [Author’s Point] + [Examples]
  • Listening: Summarize Spoken Text + Fill in the Blanks
    • Pro tip: Develop shorthand note-taking, capture keywords only

📅 Day 3: Speaking Boost + Listening Detail

  • Speaking: Describe Image + Re-tell Lecture
    • Use a fixed template; content is less important than fluency and tone
  • Listening: Highlight Correct Summary + Select Missing Word
    • Focus on understanding overall meaning, tone, and transitions

📅 Day 4: Reading Boost + Writing Essay

  • Reading: Re-order Paragraphs
    • Practice logic-based linking: pronouns, connectors, chronology
  • Writing: Essay Writing
    • Structure: Intro > 2 Body Paragraphs > Conclusion
    • Stick to formal tone, clear logic, and avoid complex vocab

📅 Day 5: Listening Combat + Dictation

  • Listening: Highlight Incorrect Words + Write From Dictation
    • Key: Listen actively, type fast, don’t pause
    • Drill WFD every day from here on

📅 Day 6: Mock Test 1 (Full)

  • Use Pearson Official, ApeUni, or PTE Practice site
  • Simulate full exam environment
  • After test: Spend 1–2 hours reviewing errors
    • Analyze weak areas, especially speaking score patterns and essay structure

📅 Day 7: Recovery + Reinforcement

  • Focus only on weakest modules based on Mock 1
  • Example: Low reading? Drill Re-order + FIB like crazy
  • Light practice in strong areas to maintain form

📅 Day 8: High-Intensity Practice

  • Speaking: Go through 30 Describe Image and 30 Repeat Sentences
  • Writing: Write 3 summaries and 1 full essay with strict timing
  • Listening: Do 20 Write From Dictation drills
  • Reading: Speed-read 4 long texts and solve FIBs

📅 Day 9: Mock Test 2 (Full)

  • Full exam simulation
  • Post-analysis: Identify any remaining holes
  • Practice ONLY the tasks that bring your score down

📅 Day 10: Polish & Peak

  • Final speaking drills (repeat sentence + retell lecture)
  • Refine templates for essay and summarize written/spoken text
  • Last push of Write From Dictation (30+)
  • Light review of reading FIBs and reorder paragraphs

Focus on the important questions: Speaking RA, RS, DI, RL Writing SWT, WE Reading RO, FIB-R, FIB-RW Listening SST, FIB-L, HIW, WFD

speaking

Need to work on RA, RS, DI, RL. ASQ is not important since it won’t affect yous scores much.

In order to achieve 90 in speaking, you need to have at least 74+ in pronunciation, and 90 in fluency.

When practicing in APEUni, the overall score should also be constantly above 90. But, scoring on some edge cases may not be accurate. If you have doubts about the scoring of your answers, it is best to consult APEUni tutor to get an accurate evaluation.

writing

Need to focus on SWT, WE. These are the easiest questions in PTE. Pay attention to spelling and grammar details.

While practicing in APEUni, you should aim for at most 2 marks deduction in each answer.

reading

Need to build up your vocabulary to 9000+ words. Aim for at least 80% correctness in FIB-R, FIB-RW.

RO is one of the hardest questions in PTE, but luckily there are only 2 - 3 questions of it in exam. Thus it won’t affect the overall reading score much. Suffice to have 50% correctness.

MCQ are not important. Plan well your time and leave enough time for FIB.

listening

Need to focus on SST, FIB-L, HIW, WFD.

SST is actually an easy question. While practicing in APEUni, you should aim for at most 2 marks deduction in each SST answer.

HIW: aim for 100% correctness. It is one of the easiest questions in PTE.

FIB and WFD: aim for at least 80% correctness.

MCQ are not important. Plan well your time and leave enough time for WFD in the end.J
