In this contemporary world, it is an irrefutable fact that (topic sentence).
Considering this, there are some analysts who hold an opinion that (main topic) can be benevolent/troublesome to many people. I staunchly agree with the above-mentioned opinion due to a notable reasons.

On the one hand, there is a practical factor that affirms my agreement with the given argument. (main topic) can lead to benefits which could be a substantial factor. For example, a recent article in The Age revealed that 80% of the participants of a survey agree with the aforementioned viewpoint.

On the other hand, despite the reasons discussed above, there are some groups who consider that we should be circumspect lest (main topic) should pose a threat to society.
