Apple is the company to look up to and learn from.
You should always do a very deep research of the market that you are trying to target. Most people think they will be targetting a huge sum of people/customers with their product just becuase there are that many people in their area, but, majority of those people, most of the times, are not able to either use or buy their product. The actual market size is always very less that businesses anticipate.
Dettatch yourself from your comparision, don’t compare yourself or show your comparision to other people, businesses or products. Apple does it best, they rename common things like AI or fingerprint scanner etc etc to rebrand it for their own brand and not associate themselves with common terminology.
Don't associate yourself, your business or your product with a single thing(anyhing like a word, a field, a category) , because if in the future that some negative sentiment around that thing may drag the whole reputation of you, your business or your product with that thing.
Almost any descision is better than no descision at all.
Never blame anyone other than yourself - A true leader doesn’t pass the blame, but graciously accepts responsibility for the problems he inherited.
Don’t lie, always be transparent.
In any situation, you should be the calm person.
You should constantly adapt to your surroundings and competition.
Always be approachable, listen to everyone’s thoughts, don’t make anyone fear the thought of approaching you or giving their thoughts in front of you.
Make yourself harder to compare with others.
In sales, respect is everything. You’ll see this be highlighted especially in the older generations; people who are wiser want to feel like they’re being RESPECTED. 3. In business everything is always changing. So instead of “What is going to change in the next 10 years?” the more important question is What is not going to change in the next 10 years?. The energy put in the answer of the second question will be alot more fruitful than that of the first one.
While doing business, customers are the most important thing to you. You should obsess over customer, think about customers and invent for the customers.
You should start with the problem that you are trying to solve in the world and not start with deciding that you want to build a company. The best company is that which gets built on things that drive a social change. While building a company you go through some very hard things, and the thing that gets you through is believing in what you are doing.
Try to name your company a Latin name
It is always good to have connections, infact you can never have too many of then. If you want to have connections just talk to people.
