Omelette

  1. Get the vegetables you want to add, 1 piece each depending upon the vegetable should be enough if you want to add 3-4 eggs
  2. Cut the vegetables into really small pieces, use a hand grinder if you want
  3. Break the eggs into a bowl, put less than half spoon of salt and pepper to the eggs
  4. Properly mix the eggs with salt and pepper using a stirrer
  5. Pour the cut vegetables into the egg bowl and mix properly with a spoon
  6. Put a little oil/butter onto a pan and let it heat for 1 min before pouring the egg mixture onto the pan
  7. Properly spread the mixture about the pan
  8. Wait about 5 mins and then flit the omelette
  9. Wait another 5 mins and then your omelette is ready

Milk Tea

  1. Take the cup that you want to drink the tea in, for 1 person, fill that cup half with water, for 2 people, fill that cup full with water
  2. Put the water into appropriate container and put it onto the heat
  3. Add following things
    • a little less than 1 cup of khand
    • half spoon of chai patti
    • a small piece of gud
    • 1 pinch of ilaichi, and saunf
  4. Pour milk into the heating container, the amount should be a little more than the water you added
  5. After about 1 min 30 seconds, the tea should be ready

Kaddu Sabzi (reference of 1/2 Kg kaddu and 3 onions)

  1. Properly cut the onions into small pieces
  2. Peel off the outer layer from kaddu and cut the kaddu into small pieces (slightly bigger than onion pieces)
  3. Wash the kaddu pieces with water, just pour the pieces into a bowl full of water and pour water into a bowl full of pieces
  4. Get a cooker and set it on full flame, make sure the cooker is properly dry
  5. Add mustard oil, a little less than a kadhchi into the cooker
  6. Wait for the oil to change color, the vapour might start rising, when that happens, pour 1 pinch of jeera into the cooker

    Make sure you don’t let alot of the steam from the cooker come out during this stage, as it can blacken the ceiling

  7. Now add the cut onions into the cooker and stir them properly
  8. When the onions turn brownish yellow, pour salt and pepper
  9. 1 full spoon of “salt”, 1 spoon of “red pepper” just a little less than salt, 1 spoon of “haldi” equal to red pepper
  10. While you are adding all these ingredients keep stirring the onions properly to ensure everything is mixed correctly.
  11. After the onions are properly mixed, add the kaddu pieces

    IMPORTANT: Make sure you don’t add water in the cooker

  12. Now properly mix and stir evrything to the point where it feels like everything is evenly mixed
  13. Now close the cooker and set the flame to low
  14. Wait for 3 wistles to complete and your kaddu will be ready.
  15. OPTIONAL: You can also add milk to this now
